Slovaktual PASIV - OL
|
|
A high-quality window with excellent heat-insulating properties, particularly designed for family, low-energy and passive houses. Thanks to the revolutionary technology that Slovaktual uses in the wings of new windows, the glass is permanently joined with the wing by glue. The construction depth of 85 mm also allows for the improvement of the heat and sound insulation and increases the strength of the whole structure. Slovaktual windows are consequently and safer, and the profile does not withdraw from glass. The window is more resistant to burglary thanks to the permanent connection of glass along the whole perimeter (the glass pane cannot be pushed out from the wing, even in the case of the wrenching of glass bead). The manufacturing automation guarantees a higher quality of processing and broken glass can be replaced without causing damage to the window seal. |
Slovaktual is one of few producers that offer plastic windows that are certified for low-energy and passive houses.
- Slovaktual PASIV - OL
= excellent heat insulation (with special insulating triple glass, heat-transfer coefficient of the whole window Uw = 0,8 W/m2K) - Standard glazing 4-16-4-16-4 mm, Ug = 0,6 W/m2K
- Central weather seal considerably improves the thermal insulating properties of the window, protects window fittings against weather effects and guarantees high water-tightness
- Basic 5-chamber profile with sealing stripping for the attachment of external and internal sills (critical area for the occurrence of heat bridges in profiles with a lower number of chambers)
- Profile colour can be adjusted by RAL paint spraying or by the application of foils with a true imitation of wood surface or materials with fine plastic structure that are resistant to UV radiation.
- Supplementary profiles for the connection of window frames at different angles and supporting profiles with steel reinforcement for static loading enable the realisation of all architectural concepts

ADVANTAGES OF GLASS PASTED IN THE PROFILE |
|

Smooth and confined joint = optimal quantity of adhesive. It is not necessary to insert glass in the profile together with a block – the position of glass is determined by a centring insertion piece that also creates a smooth and optimised joint for an optimal quantity of adhesive. |

The new wing profile does not need any steel reinforcement. The latter was replaced by additional chambers for higher stability of the wing, which also improved the heat-insulating properties of the window. Thanks to the direct and fixed flexible connection of wing and glass, the adhesive acts as an absorber and the window thereby has optimal sound-insulating properties. |

The lower wing profile increases the area of glass in relation to the window opening and lets more light into the room. |

Thanks to free access to the adhesive, the glass can be cut without causing damage to the seal using a dressing knife. |
